The second copy is a backup that is stored on the backup server at the same site / office. The third copy is another copy that is stored off-site / office and is not accessible to the network at all times or is accessible to the network but cannot be deleted. What does the service include? - Characterization and documentation of backup policies - Implementation of a local and/or remote solution - Operation of backup systems on an ongoing basis - Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports - Recovery of files and/or servers when necessary by a team of experts - Option to implement a disaster recovery solution using the backup tool The service is end-to-end and based on "consumption according to use" but it is also possible to consume some of the service features and is therefore dynamic and flexible according to the needs of the organization and significantly reduces operating and purchasing costs.
