As part of the normal operation of every organization in Israel and around the world, the organization must consider the moment when "something will happen" and the organization will not be able to continue its business activities and provide the service it provides or produce the product it produces. For this purpose, the business continuity plan or by its more familiar name - BCP (Business Continuity Plan) was created. In order to create such a plan, essential information must be collected from all units of the organization and understand the impact of each of the units on the business activities and the extent of the damage that can affect the business activities of the organization. Our consulting services allow the organization an external perspective that will examine all aspects of the organization's business activities with a primary emphasis on technological systems (but not only) and, after careful examination of all the data, characterize a solution that will ensure continued business activities in the event of any failure of the organization.
